Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the sales team by ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to drive revenue growth effectively. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and manage sales enablement programs, optimize content, and improve sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training & Support
- Assist in developing and delivering sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Maintain and update sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides to align with sales strategies.
- Facilitate role-playing sessions and skill development exercises to enhance sales effectiveness.
Content & Resource Management
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and sales scripts.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date content and messaging.
- Assist in creating sales collateral and presentations that support prospecting and deal progression.
Sales Tools & Process Optimization
- Assist with CRM (Salesforce) data accuracy and reporting to enhance pipeline visibility.
- Support the implementation and management of sales enablement tools.
- Help optimize sales processes by identifying efficiency gaps and recommending solutions.
- Performance Insights & Reporting
- Track and analyse sales enablement metrics to assess the effectiveness of training and content usage.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to identify areas for improvement in enablement programs.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales productivity and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales support role.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with standard sales (CRM, CPQ, Engagement) and learning (LMS) tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support multiple initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, IoT, or fleet management solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
