Position Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Calgary, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing our partnership with TELUS. You will represent Fleet Complete in your region, collaborating closely with TELUS sales teams and channel partners to promote our innovative technology solutions, delivering measurable value to customers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, USA, you will enable TELUS sales partners, ensuring our solutions are effectively integrated and widely adopted. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- A Hunter mentality – experience in uncovering new opportunities and in closing the deal.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, identifying new opportunities for expansion.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation and contract discussions.
Channel Partner Development
- Train and support TELUS carrier and channel sales partners to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Fleet Complete solutions within partner networks.
- Provide ongoing sales enablement, empowering partners with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Customer Engagement & Success
- Act as a strategic consultant to clients, ensuring they effectively leverage Fleet Complete’s solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, provide customized recommendations, and support long-term account growth.
- Partner with customer success teams to enhance client retention and optimize solution utilization.
Data-Driven Sales Optimization
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance, measure success, and improve efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize conversion rates and revenue impact.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or telematics industries.
- Must be located in: Calgary.
- Proven success in territory management and solution-based sales.
- Experience with channel sales and carrier partnerships is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technology solutions to various stakeholders.
- Proven track record in negotiation, deal execution, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with wireless, GPS, or fleet management technology.
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales and account-based selling strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales analytics and performance optimization.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a growth-focused attitude.
