Service Delivery Specialist
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Baltics, DACH, and Greece the Service Delivery Specialist will deliver service and support to customers in Latvia. The Service Delivery Specialist will be involved with customers via different channels to ensure the timely process and delivery of orders. S/he will be responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to the accurate processing of orders and on time installations. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and multi-task effectively, be organized, detail oriented, flexible, reliable, and work well under pressure.
Your daily tasks include:
- Creating and processing all orders for existing customers
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Engaging with local installers and dispatching for installations and service visits
- Coordinating installations with end customers and/or project managers.
- Validating installation related data and securing registration in the system
- Processing installation related billing lines
- Maintaining working knowledge of solutions and subscriptions offered
- Actively collaborating with Sales, Tech Support and Hardware team
- Answering ad hoc questions on a general basis
- Engaging with Telecommunication providers and managing sim card platforms
- Engaging with Logistics for ordering devices for installers or sending refurbished devices back to Logistics
- Shipping out self-install devices to the customers
We’re looking for:
- Fluency in English and Latvian
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure proper upkeep of all data received
- Analytical skills to assess information, identify implications and develop logical recommendations
- Multi-tasking and prioritising skills to respond to a variety of requests for information and assistance
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a "must"
- Strong team player with customer-focused approach
- Fast learner with IT and technical interest.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
- Preferably knowledge of SalesForce
