In this role you will be the bridge between sales, development and the customers, helping to understand the needs and business requirements of customers and connecting them with product capabilities or development needs. 

What you'll be doing:  

• Provide technical consulting to the sales teams and Prospective clients about current product and possibilities.
• Answer pre-sales and technical questions via email, conference calls and web presentations.
• Understand technical issues and have the ability to apply solutions, technology, and products to a business opportunity.
• Design and configure software solutions for unique customer challenges, using the Fleet Complete platform.
• Research options and request quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Document customer requirements and prepare detailed requests to Product development team.
• Preparation and delivery of customized product solutions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ practical experience in the telematics industry or IT development.
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of solution providing and/or technical consultations.
• Ability to understand customer needs with the ability to translate those needs into an articulated solution.
• Strong written/verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member in a team-oriented culture.
• Ability to assess a challenge and determine an effective course of action with a positive result.
• Ability to learn and experiment independently.
